Exclusionof liability
1. Content of online offerings
The German Fruit Juice Industry Association [Verband der deutschen Fruchtsaft-Industrie e. V. (hereinafter referred to as VdF) takes no responsibility for the topicality or completeness of information made available. Liability claims as against the VdF relating to damages of a material or intellectual nature, as caused through use or non-use of the information presented, or through use of faulty or incomplete information, are excluded as a matter of principle insofar as no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent culpability exists on the part of the VdF.
All offerings are subject to modification without notice and non-binding. The VdF hereby expressly reserves the right to modify, add to, or delete parts of pages or the entire range of offerings without any special advance notice, or to terminate their publication, whether temporarily or finally and irrevocably.

This exclusion of liability is to be considered a part of the internet offerings from which a reference has been made to this page.
